Hi and thanks for visiting my family and pet photography page.
My name is Tom Edwards, the owner of Have Camera Wisconsin.
As a lifelong dog and cat owner, like you, our animals are our constant companions offering unconditional love and support throughout their lives.
My goal as a photographer is to capture that spirit with portraits you can cherish for a lifetime.

Family and family and pet sessions are typically 90 minutes and are held wherever you and your pets are comfortable. I have a mobile studio I can bring to your home, yard or remote location – again, wherever you and your pets are most comfortable.

Pet only session depend on the dog (or cat…or other pet). Some animals can sit for long periods, posing constantly. Some have very short attention spans. I use treat and various noisemakers and you to help get the best shots. Patience is always a virtue!

Here’s the process:

• Via the phone, we’ll discuss what kind of session you want (family, senior, pet only, senior pet, etc) and what you want to accomplish
  • if pets are part of the shoot, we’ll discuss your pet’s mindset — food motivated, temperament (active or laid back)
  • what kind of shots? action shots, portraits or both
  • how many people, pets do you want photographed?
  • what locations are you considering?
  • book the session

Pricing and delivery:

• Family and family-and-pet sessions are $250 for 90 minutes — two locations typically
• With dog and cat only sessions (and other animals) we shoot until the pet loses interest.  Each pet is different. But every pet will at some point completely lose interest. We shoot as long as we can.
• Payment due upon booking (credit and debit accepted)
• My goal is to deliver your photos to you within 48-72 hours
• You’ll receive all processed photos in a small file size, optimized for social media
• I don’t limit how many photos you’ll receive — I send you everything I take (other than the obvious blurry, eyes closed shots)
• Then as you go through the photos, just note which ones you may want to print and I’ll provide those to you in a format that is better for printing
• A quick note: I handle the printing of photos a bit differently than most photographers. In the 21st century, you basically have access to the same print options as I do allowing you to have prints made at the same price as I would (but without a markup). I do have a couple print shops I recommend offering better quality than the standard Walgreens or Shutterfly experience.
